By opting into SMS communications from CVA Exterminators, you agree to the following terms:  
1. Types of Messages  

You may receive messages related to:  

• Appointment reminders  
• Service notifications (e.g., technician en route)  
• Billing and account updates  
• Service follow-ups and review requests  
• Promotional and marketing messages  
   

2. Message Frequency  
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 2–4 messages per service and occasional promotional messages (up to 2 per month).  

3. Message and Data Rates  
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.  

4. Opt-In  
You opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your phone number and giving verbal consent during a call or during service scheduling.  

5. Opt-Out  
You may opt out at any time by replying:  
STOP to any message.  
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
